Thank you for purchasing from Territory! If you are not entirely satisfied with your merchandise, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of goods to return any item.

Toys are not eligible for return, except for reason of defect.

Opened beds are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, a receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the merchandise.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

We will issue the credit within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise. The credit will appear on your account depending on the timing of your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for using their own return label to return product.
